Move the virtual machine to the Control Center using vMotion
You can transfer a Viptela controller (VM) virtual machine (Vsmart Control Center, BBond Facilitator, vManage NMS) to another server using VMware vMotion. VMotion enables direct movement of VM Devices Starting from the VMware vSphere server and then to the next server, with practically no impact on the activity of the overlay enterprise. You may need to transfer the virtual machine to another waiter for relentless equipment maintenance or to move from a stumped or inefficient waiter to a more stable one.
VMotion is an authorized component of the VMware vCenter Server and can be accessed only if you use the vSphere Web client. To use VMware vMotion, the virtual machine of the Viptela console must be running VMware vSphere rendition 5.5 or later.
It is recommended to transfer the entire Control Center - both registered and storage assets - together. That is, do not implement Viptela console VM in a complex climate.

To transfer the Viptela console virtual machine to another server


1. Send a vSphere Web Client.

2.On the left path bar of the vSphere client screen, select the virtual machine you want to transfer.

3.Click on activities ► conversion. The motion Wizard window opens on the transfer type selection screen.

4..Select Change account for both asset and capacity. Select the described Asset first. Then immediately click, the log Origin selection screen opens.

5. Select the log asset that is the object of your VM traffic, and then immediately pick up. The "capacity" screen opens.

6.Select the storage that is the target of your VM traffic, and then immediately capture. The institution selection screen opens.

7.Select the organization that is the target of the delivery of your VM device, and then immediately pick up. The setup screen opens, you need vMotion.

8.Choose a need to distribute the assets of the central processor, and go straight ahead. The finish preparation screen opens.

9. Check the sudden movement and completion data.
