Windows 10 LTSC (formerly known as LTSB) is the lightest, fastest and most stable version of the Windows operating system. It excludes inbox applications, so you can see that there is no Microsoft Store either. Moreover, without the Microsoft Store app, you won't have the option to offer UWP or PWA apps from the store.
